Typographical Errors
In the event that a Fuji Heavy Garages product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or application, Fuji Heavy Garages reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price or application. Fuji Heavy Garages reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fuji Heavy Garages shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Fuji Heavy Garages is not responsible for typographical errors including errors in applications and manufacturer recommendations and specifications.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Fuji Heavy Garages without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the country of Tanzania., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of FHG products) shall be in the state courts located in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Fuji Heavy Garages products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Fuji Heavy Garages' failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Fuji Heavy Garages may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Fuji Heavy Garages or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site, is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Fuji Heavy Garages may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Fuji Heavy Garages, FHG has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Fuji Heavy Garages. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Fuji Heavy Garages seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Returns:
You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents. After that period, FHG is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period FHG is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. All stocking products are subject to a 30 Day return policy. The item(s), when approved for return, are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. The cost of shipping is also deducted from the refund (if the order qualified for free shipping.) Cancelled orders are subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee. Lost packages will only be replaced, not refunded pending claim approval. All product returns require a return authorization number before being shipped back to FHG or the manufacturer. An “FST” number is obtained by calling the FHG Support Desk at 255-713-028-741 or emailing [email protected]. Some products may require shipping back to the manufacturer for inspection before a return or exchange can take place. Some products may not be able to be returned. Products that have been modified or installed are not eligible for return. There are no returns for Special Order/Made to Order items and Electrical Components. Items returned after the 30 Day return period without an FST will be refused. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Refunds take 30 days or less. Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. There are no cash returns; we will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.

Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable. Tuning deposits are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy:
All products sold on the shopping cart are shipped by local couriers or DHL for international orders. All packages include shipping insurance in case they are lost or damaged. DHL tracking numbers are automatically generated when a package ships and the number is sent to the email address you provided. If a package contents is damaged during shipping please notify the shipping driver and file a claim with the shipper. You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents. After that period of time, FHG is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period of time FHG is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. FHG is not responsible for international customs charges, duties or brokerage fees.

Drop Shipping:
Some items require drop shipping to complete an order. These products are shipped from manufacturer or distributor warehouses across the country. In some cases, this may speed up delivery time. Sale Pricing:
Sale pricing is only valid during the time of the sale. Prices cannot be adjusted for items purchased outside of the sale period. No Rainchecks.
